Program Overview:

Garvey/Allen STEAM Academy is excited to offer Power Hour, our extended day program designed to provide a rich blend of academic support, creative enrichment, and social-emotional development for our Achievers. Power Hour is where learning contunines beyond the classroom, offering a structured, supportive environment that helps students thrive.

Low School Program: This program is a part of our Lower School initiative, supporting research that shows extended day programs provide the best school experience to ensure our Achievers are supported in their most foundational grade levels.

Program Dates:

Start Date: Tuesday, September 8th
End Date: Thursday, June 6th
Closed on: ALL school breaks and holidays

Program Hours:

Daily Start Time: Immediately after school dismissal
Kindergarten-5th: 2:40 pm
6th-8th: 3:20 pm
Pick up time: Gates will open for pickup at 5:00 pm
Latest Pick Up: All Achievers MUST be signed out at the gate no later than 6:00 pm. NO EXCEPTIONS. (Late fee of $1.00 per will be charged for every minute past 6:00 pm)

Program Fees:

Non Refundable fee: $275.00 per Trimester or $100 monthly per achiever.
Includes: Materials, afterschool snacks, and care.
Tiered Sibling Discount:
First Achiever: $275.00 per Trimester
Second Achiever: $200.00
Third Achiever and Beyond: $100.00 per Trimester

Sibling discounts apply only to full trimester payments. Monthly payments are due by the 20th of each month for the upcoming month
