Tiffany Gilmore, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Garvey/Allen Visual and Performing Arts Academy for Science, Technology, Engineering, & Mathematics (GAVPAA STEM), is that educator for so many of her students.

GAVPAA STEM Was Unanimously ApprovedApril 5, 2019– After being rejected three times since September, the persevering proponents of a Moreno Valley charter school have the green light to open in September.
