Re-Enrollment (Returning Achievers ONLY)
If your Achiever is RETURNING for the Fall of 2022, please complete ALL phases of re-enrollment.
To help us plan for next school year's enrollment, we ask that each family complete our 2-PHASE re-enrollment process. Please complete each phase by the deadline to ensure that your Achiever's spot will be secured this fall.
PHASE 1 - February 14th - February 28th!
EACH Achiever MUST have the Intent-to-Return Form filled out by the deadline.
- Let us know if your Achiever will or will not be returning to Garvey/Allen STEAM Academy in the fall.
- Let us know if you will be enrolling any new siblings.*
PHASE 2 - Deadline TBD
Items listed below MUST be completed every year. As a school of choice, you MUST indicate that you are choosing us, by re-enrolling your Achiever(s) at Garvey/Allen STEAM Academy by completing the steps below.
- Update your contact information
- Submit a new health card
- Submit the Free and Reduced Meal Application
- Turn in any updated immunizations (please form Immunization Requirements linked here).
If your child will not be returning in the fall please fill out the Intent-to-Return form letting us know AND go to the front office and fill out a Withdrawal Form on their last day of attendance.
